David A. Nearon, Jr., was admitted to the State Bar of California by order of the Supreme Court of the State of California on December 3, 1996, and on June 1, 2004, was first certified by the California Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California in the practice of Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. He was admitted and qualified as an Attorney and Counselor to practice in all courts of the State of California, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit on December 3, 1996. David was admitted and qualified as an Attorney and Counselor of the Supreme Court of the United States on June 4, 2007. He graduated with a Batchelor of Arts (BA) from the University of California, Berkeley, on August 21, 1992; was conferred his Juris Doctor (JD) by the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University on April 25, 1996; and was conferred his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University on April 25, 1996. David is married and is the proud father of four children.

David A. He was admitted and qualified as an Attorney and Counselor to practice in all courts of the State of California, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit on January 12, 1965. David was admitted and qualified as an Attorney and Counselor of the Supreme Court of the United States on June 4, 2007. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BS) from the University of California, Berkeley on June 9, 1961; was conferred his Juris Doctor (JD) by the University of San Francisco Law School on June 7, 1965; and was conferred his Master of Science in Business (MS) from San Jose State College on June 11, 1965. Prior to entering private practice, David worked as an attorney in the Estate and Gift Tax Division of the Internal Revenue Service.

Philip M. Greenan graduated from Brigham Young University (Provo) in April 2010; was conferred his Juris Doctor (JD) by Golden Gate University in San Francisco in 2013; and was admitted by order of the Supreme Court of the State of California on December 4, 2013. Philip is admitted and qualified as an Attorney and Counselor to practice in all courts of the State of California, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. As trusted legal counsel, Philip has experience representing clients from individuals to corporations on matters related to employment law and policies, complex breach of contract, right of privacy and business torts. Philip is practiced in leading litigation strategy, law and motion, and mediation efforts. Joining David A. Nearon PLC in 2018, Philip brings a unique perspective in counseling estate planning clients on strategies to prepare for the seamless administration of their estates.
